That's fine - and fair - but that's the sort of deal it would need to be. With the Richards signing, the team is now pushing for playoff contention immediately. To trade Dubi for any package that doesn't at least include an equally established player is not going to happen unless the perceived future value is significantly higher, even when risk adjusted for the fact that picks and prospects can bust.
EDIT: the top 5 condition is a bit much.
