After hearing of when Homer started the Jagr signing, does anyone else wonder if his offseasons are a complete crap shoot? I mean how do you text an agent the day before FA opens to see if his client is interested in playing for you? What kind of plan is there, if any, that makes you shoot a random text out of the blue?
I don't know, it just makes me wonder if Homer is just flying by the seat of his pants with no real gameplan thought out before he does anything.
