Not really. You don't actually have to have a body to convict someone of 1st degree murder. There are people who are convicted all the time for killing someone and throwing them in the ocean with no body ever found.
I just find it hard to believe that she was found not guilty on the lessor charges too. I guess all you need to get away with murder these days is to borrow someone else's duct tape....
