I haven't been able to find a complete voting record for the all-star teams earlier than 64-65.

So here's what I've been able to find for 63-64.

1963-64
ALL-STAR TEAMS:
GOALTENDER: (280/324, 162-118) Glenn Hall, Chi 132 (88-44); Charlie Hodge, Mtl 97 (23-74); Johnny Bower, Tor (26-); Ed Johnston, Bos (12-); Terry Sawchuk, Det (9-); Jacques Plante, NYR (4-)
DEFENSE: (525/648, 324-201) Pierre Pilote, Chi 168 (88-80); Tim Horton, Tor 124 (80-44); Elmer Vasko, Chi 94 (54-40); Jacques Laperriere, Mtl 43 (6-37); Bob Baun, Tor (17-); Harry Howell, NYR (15-); Terry Harper, Mtl (14-); Tom Johnson, Bos (10-); Al MacNeil, Chi (9-); J.C. Tremblay, Mtl (8-); Jean-Guy Talbot, Mtl (6-); Doug Barkley, Det (5-); Carl Brewer, Tor (5-); Marcel Pronovost, Det (4-); Allan Stanley, Tor (2-); Bill Gadsby, Det (1-)
CENTER: (282/324, 162-120) Stan Mikita, Chi 145 (60-85); Jean Beliveau, Mtl 117 (82-35); Dave Keon, Tor (10-); Phil Goyette, NYR (4-); Bill Hay, Chi (3-); Murray Oliver, Bos (2-); Henri Richard, Mtl (1-)
RIGHT WING: (298/324, 162-136) Ken Wharram, Chi 144 (76-68); Gordie Howe, Det 113 (45-68); Andy Bathgate, NYR (28-); George Armstrong, Tor (12-); Bernie Geoffrion, Mtl (1-)
LEFT WING: (292/324, 150-109) Bobby Hull, Chi 180 (90-90); Frank Mahovlich, Tor 44 (25-19); Camille Henry, NYR 33 (-); Dave Balon, Mtl (25-); Ab McDonald, Chi (6-); Gilles Tremblay, Mtl (2-); John Bucyk, Bos (1-); Dean Prentice, Bos (1-)

I found a complete 1st half voting record, except it is missing 12 points at LW. I found the same record and error in several papers, so it's probably directly from the press release.

Camille Henry was 2nd in LW voting in the 2nd half and finished 3rd overall, but is missing from the 1st half voting, so he likely got the missing points.

For the 2nd half, all I can find is the totals for the 1st and 2nd teams and Henry, and his 33 points might be for the 2nd half only.
