(these totals are compiled without the bonus cushion)
SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $55,804,000;
CAP SPACE: $8,496,000

Trades:
To MTL --> Turris, Boedker
To PHX --> Gomez, 1st round pick 2012, 4th round pick 2013

To MTL --> 4th round pick 2013
To ANA --> Travis Moen

To MTL --> 1st round pick 2012
To ISL --> Spacek, Kristo, Engqvist

Signing:
Sopel (2.000m)
Koci (0.600m)
Phoenix should take that and run. Giving up the 2012 1st round pick is huge. But, I'd like to see Turris in Montreal so he can develop better than in Phoenix.

Anyways, to answer the OP, my final move would be to trade for either Edmonton, Colorado, Florida or NYI'S 1st round 2013 pick = Nathan MacKinnon.
