^ I've been trying to do this for months. I do it at least 10 times forwards and backwards each time I go out to practice. I'm still losing momentum when I do it, but I'm getting better each time. I figure once I get this down forwards and backwards, I'll be able to do anything, because it's SO HARD! I'm realizing that a lot of it has to do with getting your upper body in the right place - if you try to do it with just your legs, it won't work so well. It's a GREAT drill.
