I'd still rather have Suter. Suter carried Rafalski in the Olympics and made him a first teamer and Rafalski's game is totally different than Weber's. Weber played alongside Niedermayer if I'm not mistaken and he still looked good because he had a very similar player in Niedermayer.

While it's good to have guys with booming shots and the ability to crush people with checks, the greats have been more along the lines of Lidstrom, Niedermayer, Bourque, etc, guys with great hockey minds along with excellent skating ability teamed with the ability to handle the puck. As much as I'm a fan of Weber I'd take Suter any day of the week if I had to start a team and had to choose between the two.
