Doughty, without a doubt!

Rookie season: Dude led the Kings (& all rookies) in minutes played (23:49) as a 18-19 year old!

Year two: Made the Olympic team (in a bit of a surprise, as he was only 19 when announced)... Then proceeded to grab the #2 spot by the horns during the games teaming with Duncan Keith... He was on the ice for the Gold winner by Sid in OT... Had the gonads to try spinorama moves at the blueline in big games with the world (all of Canada!) watching...

Year three: Was a bit tougher, but the Kings were one of the top defensive clubs in the NHL (for the first time in eons, circa 1974-75 Rogie Vachon?)... Doughty continued to lead in minutes played, and is the heart & soul of this team...

Year four: "Gots to get paid"

Future Norris winner (multiple), Future Hall of Famer: Drew Doughty
