Definitely with you that Bolland was the catalyst to the Chi (almost) comeback this year, and he was dynamite in the playoffs the year before, but I don't think he should truly be considered on this list. Probably belongs somewhere between 30-45.

In addition to some of the omissions mentioned upthread, I think a guy like Krejci merits some consideration, as well as Logan Couture. Small sample size, but he really impressed me in the playoffs when I got a chance to see him play consistently.
