I wonder how "relevation" can think last year's team was better.

We replaced Rosie and Gilroy with McDonagh and Erixon. That's an improvement.

We replaced Prospal/Drury/Frolov (played about what one healthy player would play) with Brad Richards, Wojtek Wolski and Michael Rupp. The players we lost had a total of 44 points last season, and I am hoping Wolski alone will have that much (his worst season was 35 points, all others were above 0.5 points per game).

Our rookies and sophomores (Step, Anisimov, MZA, Sauer, maybe MDZ) are a year older and hopefully will improve further, and meanwhile we have no old players, with only Feds being 32 years old, all others younger.

While Boyle will likely score 10 goals fewer, Gabby should score at least 10-15 goals more than last year.

Brad's addition will mean a minimum of another 10-15 extra goals, while goals against should remain stable.

The team is clearly and obviously better than last season, at least on paper. Look for them to score close to 250 goals and to give up under 200.
