Stand up paddle surfing is a lot of fun and is a great core workout. But I realize a lot of people don't live on the coast/near big bodies of water. I actually don't get back from work until around 7 PM, so I usually just go for a quick run or do a lot of lunges while watching sportscenter. Works pretty well if you're just playing in a men's league since skating is really the distinguishing factor between a decent player and a really good one.
