Now that it's August, you should probably work some interval training into your program to prepare you for those short, quick shifts you should be taking!

This year's summer program has included a lot of swimming, cycling, and hot yoga with some weight training in between. Now that it's August, I'm toning it down on the swimming and upping the interval training (sprints).
