I'm watching the Devils-Rangers preseason game on FSN-NY right now...Mike Emrick was talking about how Brodeur has to change his game in regards to playing the puck with the new trapezoid rules...

He quoted Bill McCreary, who is working the game tonight, as saying that so far there have only been three penalties called on the goalies for that.

As far as I remember...two of the three penalties have been called in Predators games. One against Marc Denis last Friday night and one against Brian Finley in the same game.

I guess the goalies have adjusted well to the new rule?
