I've said it all along that we needed a #1 center and a top line LW before I feel like we're ready to compete.
Getting Richards was great and what I wanted, but I think most of us knew that Richards wasn't the final piece to propel us to a championship caliber team. Couple Richards with a top line LW'er and the development of our young players and now you're talking.
