We've had a lot of discussion recently and I'd recommend digging through some of the posts the last few days about workouts.

Check out Tony Twist's Complete Conditioning for Ice Hockey if you're serious about it.

Otherwise, it's mostly legs, core, back, and shoulders. Emphasis on strength, explosiveness, and stability. Squats, deadlifts, cleans, presses for weights. Plyometrics and sprinting for explosiveness and fitness. Core and balance exercises. Etc.
