Lindback is a year or two away from being ready to replace Rinne and play up to Rinne's level from last season. Rinne is an elite talent and a leader on the ice and in the locker room.

I'd go after Rinne first, then approach Weber and Suter with that piece being in place to see if they don't want to make it a package deal contingent on a piece being brought in up front...
