That huge chunk that's missing in the north-east part of Québec, that's Labrador. Labrador City is the biggest city of the area, along with Goose Bay, both with around 9k people. It's pretty darn close to Fermont, actually, just on the other side of the border. The whole territory has around 30k people. It's legally a part of Newfoundland.
