Gleason was a former first round draft pick, and his success with Windsor aswell as on the international stage should all but assure him a promising NHL career.

From my viewing, he looks like a guy that could put up 40 points, while taking control on the Kings powerplay. I'm not too familiar with the Kings line-up or organizational depth, but after seeing him often during his tenure with the OHL's Spitfires, I can't see Gleason as anything less than the Kings third blueliner.

He's not afraid to play the body either, that may be what sets him ahead of fellow 20-year-olds such as Krajicek and Koltsov.
