You have the internet right? Atdhe (google it), Myp2p.eu(myp2p.us), there are others I just don't remember them. Nearly every game is streamed and sometimes even in pretty good quality.
Also doesn't RDS.ca offer it online? Could be they got rid of it but it would be a lot cheaper than cable.
