Ya bro ive got a few:

Skate, Skate, Skate, ( work on your skating as much as you can and skate every chance you get)

Shoot atleast 150 -250 pucks (not balls) a day, aim for 1000+ per week.

Drink lots of water.

Stickhandle like crazy, spend at least 30 mintutes a day, use a ball and use a heavy stick, do it stationary and while moving and keep your head up ! Also tape 2 pucks to the bottom of your stick and stickhandle with it.

Just to add to the shooting tip use a heavier puck.

Work out your core muscles and focus on you leg and foot muscles.

Jog everyday for 30 mins minutes.
