Having two starting goalies for 1 week is a huge advantage over a team with only 1 starting goalie. It's essentially like having an extra player on your starting lineup. And with 20 teams and 2 goalies (40 goalies in all vs. the 30 starting goalies in the NHL), you're telling 10 of your owners that they will always be pretty much a man down every week.
Playing more games isn't going to give you an advantage really. You're not going to benefit from playing your goalies more fro SV% and GAA. The only place you'll benefit is W and SO, playing a goalie on a good team is gonna be more beneficial than playing a goalie on a bad team multiple times, that's part of the drafting strategy. Not to mention you have a chance of ruining your GAA and SV% everytime you play a goalie.

If you're wasting your pick drafting another starter, you're missing out on a potential star forward, that's also part of the drafting strategy. That's pretty much the way it has always been, having 1 goalie per game is just way too shallow.
