Yes. Flexibility has advantages in team construction. This is less of an issue than the absolutely moronic Bryz contract. Also, as much as I think highly of JVR, let him actually go out and earn the money before you give it to him. More than a few players have been ruined by guaranteed money too early in every sport you can watch.
