I'm voting:

20) Taylor Aronson
21) Jeremy Smith
22) Garrett Noonan
23) Chet Pickard

Aronson has remained consistent in his offensive output during his time in the WHL and has improved defensively. I think he could turn out to be a top-4 defenseman. Smith has accomplished the most thus far professionally of the group, but I don't see him as NHL starter material yet and that knocks him down a peg for me. Noonan is a solid, reliable two-way defenseman that's looking to improve his offensive output. Then lastly Chet Pickard has fallen like a rock in the past year. This is a MAJOR make it or break it year for him. As such I can't rank him any higher...
