Here's an interesting scenario. Poile convinces one of his GM friends to make an offer sheet on Weber. Weber accepts and Poile then matches the contract.
Guess that's so obvious that even Weber's new agent would see through it. Hard to imagine anyone would make an offer sheet that Weber would accept knowing that Poile will probably match anything.
