Mitchell - Voynov/Hickey/Muzzin
Martinez - Greene

if DD is absent for an extended period of time then we will see one of the three (most likely - would like to see DesLauriers get in there also). not only will someone step into the roster slot, but i also expect that TMu will flip the D lines a bit to help 'ease' the new guy in. no need to put Mitchell/X out as the first D pairing. Muzzin at least has a few games under his belt, but realistically all three are void of NHL experience. TMu will have to shuffle TOI and situations when Willie and the new guy are out there.
at the same time i won't be surprised to see DD44 in the line-up and paired with Mitchell. sort of a 'every other game' mentality for the new guy at first. play a game, get experience, sit a game and watch, evaluate....rinse and repeat.
