Weighing in from Cow Town, Lombardi has looked very good since training camp. I was at last night's Flames - Blues tilt (yawn) and Lombardi looked great throughout the game and named one of the three stars. And he has been solid throughout this early campaign.

Great wheels and showing a nose for the net. Under Sutter, Lombardi also looks to be playing with some fire and grit. Not sure if it has been answered or not. Stoll was taken prior to Lombardi both in their original draft year and the re-entry.

Back to this post's original focus, I too think Reasoner deserves top-line playing time before Horcoff. However, playing with Smyth and Hemsky, Horcoff should get his game together... we hope.
