  • A Anisimov + P Valentenko to The Desert for K Turris. Signs 1 year deal at 2,3 M
  • WW + EC to Montreal for A Kotitsyn and a salary dump (to Hartford)...Gomez?? lol

one of MDZ or Erixon is sent down when Staal returns

Mats Zuccarello-Aasen ($1.750m) / Brad Richards ($6.666m) / Marian Gaborik ($7.500m)
Brandon Dubinsky ($4.200m) / Kyle Turris ($2.300m) / Ryan Callahan ($4.275m)

Michael Rupp ($1.500m) / Brian Boyle ($1.700m) / Brandon Prust ($0.800m)
Sean Avery ($1.937m)

Ryan McDonagh ($1.300m) / Daniel Girardi ($3.325m)
Carl Gunnarsson ($1.325m) / Mike Sauer ($1.250m)
Michael Del Zotto ($1.087m) / Tim Erixon ($1.750m)
Steve Eminger ($0.800m) or Bell (unsigned --- signs for similiar)

Henrik Lundqvist ($6.875m) / Martin Biron ($0.875m)

BUYOUTS: Chris Drury ($3.716m)

(these totals are compiled without the bonus cushion)
SALARY CAP: $64,300,000; CAP PAYROLL: $60,985,334; BONUSES: $2,337,500
CAP SPACE (22-man roster): $3,314,666

Staals cap hit is $3.975.000.
Lots of line options that are not illustrated above...
Elaborate. Gomez is a joke btw...
I would do 2 of those deals (don't like the Turris deal)

I would still love to move Wolski for AK. At least when AK is on he is a big body whop likes to play physical and hit.

I foresee the Rangers making a trade anyways for a defenseman before the end of TC because I don't think they want to go into the season with (1) true veteran on defense. I like Gunnarsson.
