This is looking very good. Most of our top 9 seems primed, except maybe Plek, Gionta and Eller (the latter because I haven't seen him yet).
Cammelari seems poised, Cole is really trying to be a beast, Gomez is determined to bounce, Patch is being stellar, Desharnais made Buffalo sweat and Kostityn hasn't done a glaring mistake yet, but contributed quite well.
Plek seems slow to start but didn't looked like a liability. Gionta seems... Off. For now.
Gorges is back, Gill/Spacek are going to be serious support elements, Subban is Subban. Emelin proved he can play the system without being grossly out of place.. And he seems clever. I am sure he will have picked up all he needs within 15 games with proper linesmates.
Price finally awoken from his summer hibernation and will be as reliable as ever when surrounded by a real defensive Corp. Same with Budaj, who proved to be solid when taken with real morceaux de viandes (viandes Et bout d'ail, get it?). Our backup's worse game was when he was backed by a d-corps worse than Colorado's.
Can't wait to field a complete lineup. Markov back will be the cherry on the cake. The last flower to blossom is the most beautiful
