I think we've stumbled upon a really good batch of offers here. I like Afinogenov, but I'd dump him in a second to get Comrie.

Drury - Briere - Pyatt
Comrie - Satan - Kotalik

That would be the most potent 1 - 2 punch Buffalo has had in a long time. I agree with the previous point that downgrading the size in this case isn't really downgrading the size at all (Afino for Comrie).

Anything with one of our goalies (besides Miller) and Maxim/Tim Connolly getting Comrie in return is workable to me. A guy like Jason Smith is obviously just what our defense is current lacking, but I don't want to give up Kalinin along with the aforementioned names for him. I'd be more willing to do something with Campbell or Tallinder. Taking Salo is no big deal, because we can swing him somewhere for a pick or a grit guy. Maybe Sabres management will catch this post.
