I like Arniel. I like his intentions, his competitive spirit and the idea of the game he wants to play.
It boils down to this for me:
This team has no faith in what it's doing out there. None.
I've never asked for a coach to be fired. I think sports fans are generally far too impatient with these things, but I don't know how else you fix what's going on here.
