Remember SK was a fourth line guy last year getting minimal minutes. Some of you turn faster than the Romans did. We're four games in. Is everyone going to turn on Legwand if he doesn't score tonight? Are we going to say Smith needs to go to Milwaukee because he's not ready and that his first two games with goals were all luck? It's not as if we're 0-4 and haven't gotten any points.

It's as if he was supposed to step in, play right away and have 3 points by now. It took a while for SK to settle into his new team. I suspect it'll take a while for Bergfors to do the same. I also find it amusing that every time we make a move, good, bad or indifferent, all the bad parts are accentuated beyond belief. Lombardi scores in his first game and it's a horrific trade. Bergfors couldn't put the puck in the net, he was a horrible signing. That's like saying, hey, we won a game, we're going to be the next Stanley Cup champs. Can we wait a month or two and see how some of this plays out before we consider anyone a bust or that our team sucks or that Poile's a dumb *ss that doesn't know what he's doing?
