Not everyone who gets a decent scouting report will wind up in the NHL. That's why you need a whole boatload of "very very solid prospects" to be able to build a team from within. We still only have a handful, and that is why we are rightfully ranked 24th out of 30.
the thing is, those are all smith draft picks so i dont blame them for not being that good.
