Interesting interview of Le Téléjournal on Radio-Canada with a specialist of knee surgery. He basically said that Markov's rehabilitation is totally normal, it takes in general at least a year to be able to play and more to be at his best.

Being in Florida near his surgeon is always best in his opinion. He thinks the reason why he got reinjured is because he rushed his comeback. To have total strength in his knee after an ACL surgery, you need 6-8 months...

Finally, he said he doesn't foresee Markov's return before christmas... if he returns before, he says pray that he doesn't get re-injured. Also, apprently 1/3 of all players who have a second ACL surgery aren't able to play again and the strength of the ACL is only 70% of its original strength.

Concerning to say the least... but, I'd say it's good news if people are afraid he had a setback.
