Being in Florida near his surgeon is always best in his opinion. He thinks the reason why he got reinjured is because he rushed his comeback. To have total strength in his knee after an ACL surgery, you need 6-8 months...
Finally, he said he doesn't foresee Markov's return before christmas... if he returns before, he says pray that he doesn't get re-injured. Also, apprently 1/3 of all players who have a second ACL surgery aren't able to play again and the strength of the ACL is only 70% of its original strength.
Concerning to say the least... but, I'd say it's good news if people are afraid he had a setback.
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing, but I have a question for anyone who can answer.. Had it not been 6-8 months already? I mean when did he have the surgery exactly?
