The Jackets have a choice. Stay the same and continue to lose or attempt to change the team into a winner. Goaltending is your weakest strength followed closely by your defense. Not only is Schneider showing potential to become an elite franchise level goal tender, he is an American and so adds marketing potential for American based teams to capitalize upon.
Disagree our defense is worse than our goal tending. That said goal tending is easier fixed. Mason has really only let in 1 soft goal this year he has been hung out to dry almost every night.
