I think the problem is that the players dont know what to do with the puck when they get close to the blue line and seem to get confused with whether to dump and chase or carry it in. The players need to be more decisive before they reach the blueline in order to give our forwards the ability to fly straight into the zone rather than having to turn slow down then skate hard to pick up speed to make it into the zone to get the puck.

Then the problem with our offense is that there is NEVER any traffic in front and we dont use the point man enough. When we use our cycle it works well but there is never a defender skating in to give a pass in the slot or a forward battling with a defender in front of the net rather then keeping all 3 along the side boards.

Just my observations..
