How cyclical things are, huh? I recall the screaming for dumping the puck to make the other team go the length of the ice to make a play. Weaving in and out and not getting the puck deep can also lead to getting into trouble. How many examples of that have we seen?

This team, first line aside, is built for dump and chase. They are built to be a north south team. We all think that Dubi/Anisimov/Cally can be a good second line, but there is just nto that much creativity there. They are build to go into corners and retrieve the puck. So is every other line, aside from one that has Richards & Gaborik on it.

It is not the dump and chase that is the issue. It is the lack of emerging from teh corner with the puck that is. And what happpens on the off chance that you do come out with it, what you do with it.
