So, how do you see the present level of play stacking up against Pittsburgh, Washington, Boston, etc.?

This big idea about Western Canada being the great test is wrong. Vancouver was not, and is still not, playing anywhere near to their potential. Calgary is a non-playoff team, and the Oilers finished dead last in the league last season. Is there any need to re-cap the Thrashers record of last year to describe the win against the Jets?

Okay, they came out of the trip with points. Do you feel good about the way they play?
