Well, the players have played hockey all their lives. The biggest that Laviolette can do right now in order to turn things around is to simplify things for the rookies and anyone who has never played in his system. Stick the basic fundamentals of the system and work it from there.

As for the goaltending, all what Bryzgalov needs to do is make that one big save and I think it will restore his confidence.

I know I'm not ready to give up after ten games. This team has way too much talent to be performing the way it has. I look at like this - the Flyers are fifth in the conference. Every team ahead and beneath us hasn't made quite the wholesale roster changes this team has made. That's what gives me hope.

I also look at it like this - the defending Stanley Cup champions are dead last in the conference. There's no way they're that bad of a team and you can bet the ship will get straightened out there. No reason to believe the same can't be done here.
