the FCC denied Comcast's appeal in June. I believe DISH Network have contacted the FCC complaining that Comcast is trying to charge an outrageously high fee for CSN Philly [one that is not in line with what they charge for the other CSNs nationwide, those CSNs can't be withheld from the Dishes, as they are not part of the loophole]
