I've posted this before, but I'll do it again.

Around the trade deadline. Let's assume that Doug Weight is healthy and has has a solid season. Here's my trade proposal:

to Ottawa: Dough Weight
to St.Louis: Brandon Bochenski and Ottawa 2nd round pick in the 2006 Entry Draft.
I can see the following players in demand:

- Keith Tkachuk: I'm pretty sure that one team will risk it and trades for him, even though he's been a playoff no-show-off.

- Dallas Drake: Teams that are in need off a grinder.

- Scott Young: Has 14 pts so far and team in need of veteran presence could be interested in this two time Stanley Cup winner.

- Bryce Salvador: Either teams that are hit by injuries or in of 5 and 6 th Dman are interested in Bryce.

The following player might be able, but they will have to pay a high price:

- Petr Cajanek: He's has been the best Blue this season & comes at an affordable price tag. This all depend on a possible request from Petr to be traded to a conteder, instead of playing for a "loser".
Guys like Brewer & Backman will stay in Missouri and because they are part of the rebuilding process.
