It's "under the radar" right now, because his game hasn't been suspect in any other facet through a vast majority of the games. Dubinsky's game can be inconsistent at times because he seems to try to become more of a playmaker and passer, rather than a north-south kind of shooter… but that hasn't been the case so far. He's been physical, strong on the puck, and pulling the trigger regularly. His game also has complimented Richards rather well when they're on the ice together. Throw in the fact that Capt Cally threw himself into a fray and dropped the gloves in support of Dubi when he took a big hit last game, is a strong endorsement of what he means to the core of the team, as Cally very rarely gets involved in extra-curricular rough stuff.

B. Dubs is a streaky scorer, that's the fact. His value needs to be tied into goal production, but it's not the only facet of his contributions. When we start to see Dubi floating some, and passing up shots, and turning the puck over… well then you'll see complaints here. Right now the only case seems to be he's not getting lucky.
