Suter has been incredible too. He is clearly better than Hammer was during any point of his rookie year, but Suter will be hardpressed to match the improvement shown by Hammer from his rookie year to this one. It's a fun debate to have on which one is better now and in the future.

I'll be really curious how Suter handles the rest of the season. I don't think he'll hit the wall like a lot of rookies especially if he doesn't go to the Olympics. Suter got stronger and stronger as his AHL season went on. I think you'll see something similar this year for him.
