Again, Torts has said he just doesn't want to use him that way because it doesn't allow him to show what he can do. He wants him getting big minutes on a top line and HFD is just the only way to give it to him ATM.

You can be good enough to play in the NHL, but if you don't play the way Tortorella wants you to play, it doesn't really matter.
