BTW, I think Florida would want Nittymaki instead of Esche. AND... Philly needs to jettison more payroll to make it happen. Carter, Nitty, Brashear, Umberger, 2nd for Luongo and Huselius?
Man, that looks crazy as I type it, but I'm posting it anyway.
Personally I think Keenan would love that deal. He has not shyed away from tading for young players with tons of potential in the past even when it has involved popular players (Shanny/Pronger, Linden/Bert, McCabe...). Of all the deals, I think Esche, Carter, and a 2nd makes the most sense...
