You need to read what i wrote in between brackets...

Just because we won't be reaching the cap the next few years, doesn't mean we shouldn't try to get good deals on players. should we offer kuba a long term extension worth 3 million a year because we have the cap space? no. We have young D that need to play. When carkner comes back, there will be an even bigger logjam.
