This is a pretty easy example that it can be done.

And I don't really think it's a big leap to say that Bob + Simmonds + Meszaros can get you a pretty nice young defenseman to slot into that 5th role...

Heck, in terms of overall value, Bob + Simmonds + Meszaros could likely get you a young elite defensive prospect who can play the 5th spot right now.
