Prior to answering these types of questions, the poster must state whether he actually saw the players play.

I never saw Beliveau (and not really Hull).

If we are talking just peaks; no one of these players had a bigger peak than Espo in 70/71 - however, they lost in the playoffs.

Still 1976/77 is the greatest all round domination in hockey I've seen: Guy #10.

The others were in another class altho out of the rest Trottier is clearly the best followed far far behind by Clarke and Mikita.

Bossy shouldnt even be on this kind of list, he was a Shutt -level player.

Mario was the best player for 10 years, Guy for 7 years, Orr for 9 years. All about the same, in other words Guy should be in the top 10 list not this one.
