Chicago has four star caliber players on their scoring lines yet still manage to field a 3rd line that has a likely 15-20 goal scorer, one of the best defensive centers in the league and a a decent young rookie.

Both Gagne and Loktionov made the right play, if both those passes connect they are prime scoring chances, especially Gagne's. I'll take making a pass to our best player who was driving the goal over a low percentage shot from outside the faceoff dot.
Shooting the puck is not always the best play guys.
And LOL at O'Neil guy is such a tool, "Trent Hunter, from training camp tryout to making things happen on the 3rd line" ... Yeah like anyone on that line has been making things happen.

seriously. both those passes were going straigh to the slot for a point blank chance.. both those guys are some our best playmakers on the ice. thats what they need to do. make plays! not throw a weak shot on goal only to be stopped/directed towards the boards.
