I see your point Kearney, I don't fully agree but I do see where you're coming from. I think the Kings did a good job of *taking Risk* when they did decide to go with 2 AHL goalies. But this new NHL isn't totally unlike the AHL of last season in terms of the rule changes and shootouts. Granted the speed isn't the same but everyone has to deal with the new speed generated by these new rules. Our goalies have been more than just fine, they've been great compared to other teams with their established vets between the pipes.

I do see a need to add a stud but I wouldn't use one of our goalies and everyday contributers. I say it's time to use our #1-#2 draft picks in 06' plus a mid-range prospect. Our prospect pool is solid, so giving up a pick or 2 in a somewhat iffy draft is the type of risk I'm willing to take *this* year.
